Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - November 5, 1993
Willard Grace Flanigan, 93, a homemaker, died Nov. 3, 1993, in a Norfolk 
hospital.
Mrs. Flanigan was born in Suffolk and was the widow of Clarence A. Flanigan. She 
was a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church in Norfolk and the Order of 
Eastern Star, Norview Chapter.
Survivors include one daughter, Edna W. Shell of Boone, N.C.; two sons, C.A. 
"Mike" Flanigan Jr. and Harry L. Flanigan, both of Virginia Beach; nine 
grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in Riverside Memorial 
Park by the Rev. Fred Sanner. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, the family 
requests that memorial donations be made to the Crippled Children's Hospital of 
the Shrine.
