A native of St. Brides, Norfolk County, she had been a resident of Norfolk all her life. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Gilbert and widow of William Judson Flemming. Mrs. Flemming was a member of Memorial Methodist Church, Berkley. Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. Louis L. Luke and Mrs. A. B. Carr, both of Norfolk; and a brother, William Gilbert of St. Brides. Funeral services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home tomorrow at 11 a.m. by the Rev. John W. Hobbs, pastor of Memorial Church. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
