Virginian-Pilot July 6, 1960
NORFOLK — Isaac Henry Flora Sr., 58, husband of Mrs. Blanche E. Flora and son of 
John Andrew Flora, died Tuesday at 1:20 p.m. in a Norfolk hospital after a long 
illness.
He was manager of U-Park-It lots in downtown Norfolk. A native of Norfolk, he 
lived at 2616 Wyoming Ave.
Besides his wife, surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Helen V. Myers and Miss 
Annie Ellen Flora; three sons, John A. Flora, George P. Flora and Isaac H. Flora 
Jr., all of Norfolk; one brother, Jacob E. Flora of Princess Anne County; one 
sister, Mrs. Lillian Whitehead of Princess Anne County; and five grandchildren.
The body was taken to Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, where a funeral service 
will be held Friday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
