Flynn — Funeral services for Miss Flynn, who died Thursday at a local hospital, were held at 10 o’clock yesterday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with the Rev. P. C. Blackburn officiating. The Rev. P. P. Brennan, the Rev. J. Albert, S. S. J., the Rev. J. Turner, S. S. J., the Rev. Charles O’Neill, S. J., the Rev. M. J. Harrison, the Rev. P. A. Campbell, the Rev. A. J. Taylor and the Rev. F. V. Bambrick were present in the sanctuary. The sermon was by the Rev. J. Albert, S. S. J., the text of his address being, “To hear the Word of God and keep it.” Several selections were played on the organ by Mrs. James Hughes. There was a large attendance and many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, red roses and ferns. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Services at the grave were conducted by the Rev. R. B. Kealey. The pallbearers were W. L. Prieur, Jr., Aubrey G. Graham, J. B. White, R. A. Eastwood, Cecil M. Robertson, Winston H. Irwin, E. M. Baum, Jr., and Charles A. Nagel.
