Virginian-Pilot  December 2, 1900
The obsequies of Mr. Thomas J. Fogarty, whose tragic death occurred on the suburbs 
of Norfolk Thursday night, were held from the residence of his father, Mr. Richard 
J. Fogarty, No. 322 South Kelly avenue, Brambleton, at 3 o'clock yesterday 
afternoon. The services were conducted by Rev. Father Crow, assistant pastor of 
St. Mary’s Catholic church. The interment was in St. Mary’s cemetery. Following 
were the pallbearers: J. H. Butt, Charles Stevens, J. Downing, B. Gaylord, Steve 
O’Conner, B. Perkins, Thomas Hodges and Thomas Flanagan.
