At the residence of her son, Mr. Samuel L Forbes, 312 Freemason Street, Mrs. 
Elizabeth Lightfoot Forbes, relict of the late Robert A. Forbes, died last 
evening at 8:30 o'clock in the 71st year of her age. The arrangements for the 
funeral have not as yet been completed.

FORBES - On Monday, January 6th, 1902, at 8:30 o'clock, p.m., at the residence 
of her son, Samuel L. Forbes, 312 Freemason Street, ELIZABETH ANN LIGHTFOOT, 
wife of the late Robert A. Forbes, in the 71st year of her age.
Funeral services from the above residence This (Wednesday) AFTERNOON at 3:30 
o'clock.

The funeral services over the late Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Lightfoot, widow of Robert 
A. Forbes, were held at the residence of her son, Mr. Samuel L. Forbes, No. 312 
Freemason Street, yesterday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock and were largely attended.  
The floral display was particularly handsome and was evidence of the esteem in 
which the dead lady was held.  The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery and these 
were the pallbearers:  Messrs. Richard J. Alfriend, George Loyall, William M. 
Macon, H.H. Little, Richard Forrest, William Shield, Paul Howard and E.M. Henry, 
Jr.  The services were conducted by the Rev. Robert Gatewood, of the P.E. 
Church.
