Virginian-Pilot August 22, 1959
BAYSIDE - Mrs. Mamie S. Ford 84, died Friday at 9:15 a.m. in a local nursing home.
She was a native and life-long resident of this area and lived at 105 Young St. 
Mrs. Ford was the daughter of the late Laban J., and Mrs. Mary Bruce Smith.
Surviving are one granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Ford Peterson, and two great-
grandchildren, all of Bayside.
Private graveside services will be conducted at the Elmwood Cemetery Sunday by the 
Rev. Beverley D. Tucker Jr., rector of Old Donation Episcopal Church.
