The Norfolk Virginian Pilot February 25, 1937
Edgar Clarence Foreman, aged 78, died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon 
at 4:25 o'clock.  He is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Henrietta L. Outten and 
Mrs. Albert C. Smith, both of Norfolk, and Mrs. John Munce, Jr., of Richmond, 
and six nephews, John Foreman, of Asheville, N.C.; Halstead Foreman, of New 
York City; W.H. Foreman, of Ahoskie, N.C., and J.H., G.E. and J.W. Foreman, all 
of St. Brides.  Mr. Foreman was a native of Indian Creek, Norfolk County, and 
had been a resident of Norfolk for 50 years.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
