NORFOLK - Clinton Ricardo Calvin "Ric" Foreman of the 400 block of Brockwell Ave. 
passed away peacefully on Feb. 10, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer. 
Ric was born Sept. 26, 1957, the sixth child to Curtis Eugene Foreman and the late 
Rosa Mae Foreman. He was predeceased by a brother, Curtis.

He was a 1976 graduate of Granby High School. He retired from the Hampton Roads 
Sanitation District on Dec. 31, 2004, where he was a plant operator and graduated 
from their Apprenticeship Program in 1998.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Katonya R. Williams of Troy, Va.; two 
sons, Laderras E. Winslow of Chesapeake and Christopher D. Foreman of Norfolk; six 
sisters, Florine Jones (Morris) of Norfolk, Belinda Foreman and Cora Foreman, both 
of Virginia Beach, Rose Johnson (Clifton) and Vanda Jones, both of Norfolk and 
Karen Jackson (Rudy) of Charlotte, N.C.; two brothers, Cedric Foreman (Faye) of 
Virginia Beach and Lemuel Foreman of Atlanta, Ga.; two grandchildren, Keiara and 
Ceiara Williams, both of Norfolk; a life partner, Jacqueline Deloris Smith and her 
two children, Suttice and Denita Smith, all of Norfolk; and a host of other 
relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held at noon Thursday in the Basilica of St. Mary of the 
Immaculate Conception, 1100 Holt St. Interment will be at St. Mary's Catholic 
Cemetery, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at Metropolitan Funeral 
Service, Granby Chapel, one hour prior to the service for the procession.
