RICHMOND — Mrs. Ruth Carrington Forrest, 81, the widow of Franklin Britton Forrest 
and a native of Charlotte Court House, died Monday in a hospital.
She formerly lived in Norfolk where she was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a son, Cullen C. Walker of Lancaster, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. 
John W. Eggleston of Norfolk, Mrs. J. Monroe Stebbins of Flushing, N.Y., and Mrs. 
Thomas W. Leigh of Richmond; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held today at 11 a.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, by Dr. 
Andrew R. Bird Jr. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, has charge.
