FORREST - At the residence of her son, A. C. Omohundro, 144 West Eleventh street, 
Thursday, August 22, 1918, at 12:10 o'clock a.m., SARAH LEE FORREST, widow of 
William S. Forrest, in the 91st year of her age.
Funeral services at the above residence THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock. 
Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment private. Kindly omit flowers.
