FORWARD, MARTHA ELIZABETH - At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George E. 
Creekmore, 3706 Colonial avenue, Friday afternoon, March 13, 1925, at 4:30 
o'clock, MARTHA ELIZABETH FORWARD, widow of John W. Forward.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence SUNDAY AFTERNOON, March 15, 
1925, at 3 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Burial, Elmwood 
Cemetery.
