Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Forward, widow of J.W. Forward, died yesterday afternoon 
at 4:30 o'clock at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George E. Creekmur, 3706 
Colonial Avenue, after a long illness. Besides her daughter, she is survived by 
two sons, William W. and John W. Forward; a sister, Mrs. S.J. Burton, of New 
York City and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow 
afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Forward, who died yesterday afternoon at 
4:30 o'clock at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George E. Creekmur, 3706 
Colonial Avenue, will take place tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the 
residence. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Forward was the widow of J.W. Forward. She is survived by her daughter, two 
sons, William W. and John W. Forward; one sister, Mrs. S.J. Burton, of New York 
City and three grandchildren.

o'clock, MARTHA ELIZABETH FORWARD, widow of John W. Forward.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence SUNDAY AFTERNOON, March 15, 
1925, at 3 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Burial, Elmwood 
Cemetery.
