Foster, aged 82 years, widow of Capt. Louis Foster, and daughter of the late Patrick S. and Mrs. Anne Elton Riley, a native of Richmond and a resident of Norfolk for the past 80 years, died Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence, 1717 East Olney Road. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Emily Haynes, of Norfolk and several nieces and nephews. The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to St. Mary's Catholic Church for services tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, this evening at 7:30 o'clock. ************************************************************************** Mrs. Mary E. Foster — Funeral services for Mrs. Foster, widow of Capt. Louis Foster, who died Monday afternoon at the residence, 1717 East Olney road, were held at 10 o’clock yesterday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with the Rev. E. C. Kiefer officiating. The Rev. P. C. Blackburn was present in the sanctuary. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The pallbearers were J. R. Hooper, C. T. Brooks, J. D. Kelly, J. S. Mahone, A. B. Daughtry and Claude Fantone.
