Norfolk - Mrs. Amy Nichols Foster of 2541 Tidewater Drive, the widow of George 
W. Foster, died April 20 in her home.

A native of Norfolk County, she was a member of St. John AME Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Miss Nettie O. Foster of Norfolk;  and a son, 
Harry H. Foster of Moyock, NC.

A funeral service was held April 24 in St. John AME Church by the Rev. A. R. 
Powell.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Riddick Funeral Service in charge.
