Virginian-Pilot May 4, 1964
FOSTER, LEWIS ALLEN, SR. — At a Norfolk hospital, Saturday afternoon May 2, 1964, 
at 2:05 o'clock, LEWIS ALLEN FOSTER, SR., husband of Mrs. Margaret Shipp Foster 
and son of the late Samuel and Mrs. Ida Dixon Foster, in the 68th year of his age. 
Funeral services will be conducted in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home THIS (Monday), 
May 4, 1964, at 12 o'clock NOON. Friends are invited. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery. Masonic rites will be performed at the grave.
