Funeral services for Captain Foster, who died Saturday afternoon were conducted 
yesterday morning from St. Mary’s Church, with Rev. P. P. Brennan officiating. 
Monsignor J. T. O’Farrell was present, and the music was furnished by the choir of 
St. Mary’s Orphan Asylum. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The pallbearers were: 
Captain W. W. Mott, Captain J. L. Hudgins, Captain G. W. Lyon, Captain Charles 
Christian, C. T. Brooks, W. M. Newstead, O. S. Turner, James Kelly and C. H. 
Gillock.
