Frank Foster
Frank Foster died Dec. 22 at his home, 1311 Chicazola St., leaving to mourn his
passing a wife, Mrs. Lucy B. Foster; a daughter, Miss Cora Foster; three
sisters, a brother, and a host of other relatives and friends.
