Norfolk Virginian-Pilot June 9, 1948

Mrs. Mary Indiana Fountain, 84, widow of William H. Fountain, died at the 
residence of her son, William A. Fountain, 795 Mayfield Avenue, Colonial 
Heights, yesterday at 5 a.m.
Besides her son, she is survived by a granddaughter, Mrs. E.T. Heath of Norfolk. 
She was a native of Princess Anne County and had been a resident of Norfolk most 
of her life.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Thursday 
at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

FOUNTAIN, MARY INDIANA - At the residence of her son, William A. Fountain, 795 
Mayfield Avenue, Colonial Heights, Tuesday morning, June 8, 1948, at 5 o'clock, 
MARY INDIANA FOUNTAIN, widow of William H. Fountain, in the 85th year of her 
age. 
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home THURSDAY 
AFTERNOON, June 10, 1948, at 3 'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. 
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
