CHESAPEAKE - Mrs. Rita Larkin Fowlkes, 48, of 3208 American Legion Road, died 
Thursday in a Norfolk hospital.
A native of Norfolk, she was a graduate of DePaul Hospital School of Nursing and a 
registered nurse.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Donna Kemmett of Norfolk; and two sons, Jim L. 
Fowlkes of Norfolk and Steve Fowlkes of Chesapeake.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 12:30 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral 
Home, Tidewater Drive. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
