NORFOLK — Mrs. Minnie Myrtle Fox, 86, of 3620 Terry Drive, a native of Lynchburg 
and the widow of Walter E. Fox, died Sunday in a hospital.
She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Patricia F. Tibbetts, Mrs. Winifred F. Rice 
and Mrs. Elizabeth F. Jackson of Norfolk, and Mrs. Agnes F. Hunt of Virginia 
Beach; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be said Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Pius X Catholic Church. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. A Christian Wake service will be 
held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, tonight at 7. The family, which 
will be at 1659 Sheppard Ave., Norfolk, requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial 
donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
