Virginian-Pilot, May 27, 1908
The funeral of Victor D. Frank was held from his late residence on Pocahontas 
Avenue at 2:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was largely attended, including a
a delegation from the Odd Fellows and Knights of Pythias, of which o
organizations the deceased was a member.
The service was conducted by Rev. J. B. Waller of the Presbyterian Church. The 
interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Norfolk.
Following were the pall-bearers: John Craft, H. L. Franklin, John White, J. O. 
Carroll, O. W. Chapman and A. T. Parker.
