CHESAPEAKE - Theresa Winifred Eddy Frazier, 84, a native of Chicago and the widow 
of Otho Ray Frazier, died Friday in a rest home.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Winifred H. Bottoms of Portsmouth; a son, the Rev. 
Edward Norman Harrell Jr., of Shelton, Conn.; three grandchildren, and two great-
grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

A Christian wake will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday in Twiford Funeral Chapel, Norfolk.
