He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Meadowbrook, and took an active part in its affairs for many years. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Miss Tucker Freeman, and three sisters, Mrs. Davis W. Jordan, Mrs. Beverly P. Eggleston, and Mrs. A. Crenshaw Reed of Norfolk. The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd for services tomorrow at 2 p.m., to be conducted by the Rev. Norman T. Slater, the rector, and the Rt. Rev. George P. Gunn, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia. Burial will be in Cedar Grove.
