The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark March 21, 1933 


Barbara Anne Freeman, 14 month old daughter of Hermon O. and Lydia Nelson 
Freeman, died at 7 o’clock yesterday morning at the residence of her parents, 
2117 Jersey Avenue, East Fairmont Park. Besides her parents, she is survived 
by one sister, Evelyn Freeman; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T.J. 
Nelson, and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. O.L. Freeman, of Norfolk. 
Funeral services will be held at the residence of her grandparents, Mr. and 
Mrs. T.J. Nelson, 311 West Thirty-First Street, tomorrow at 12 noon, with 
Chaplain W.E. Callender, U.S.P.H.S. officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
