Norfolk Virginian March 25, 1892
The funeral of Mr. Martin D. Freeney took place at 10 o'clock yesterday morning 
from the Park Avenue Presbyterian Church, Rev. E. B. McCluer conducting the 
services. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The pallbearers were Messrs. 
Emmett Hill, Jas. A. Wyatt, F. B. Oakley, Theodore Anderson, A. Moses and Geo. 
Squires. Members of the Moulder's Union were present to pay the last sad tribute 
of respect to the deceased brother.
