The deceased had been a fireman on the ocean tug John Scully. He leaves no relatives in this country. The funeral will be held at the grave in the seamen's seamen's section of Elmwood Cemetery, and will be attended by the Marine-Firemen's Firemen's Union, of which he was a member. The service at the grave will be conducted at 10 o'clock this morning by Rev. J. B. Merritt, chaplain of the Seamen's Bethel.
