Dorris Edward Frost passed away Aug. 8, 2004, in his residence. He was a native of 
Scottsville, Ky. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired truck driver for Beamon-
Lassiter.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria C. Frost of Virginia Beach; three sons, Danny 
Frost of Kentucky, Morris Frost and Joseph Frost, both of Virginia Beach; three 
daughters, Mary White of Connecticut, Linda Buckla and Denise Frost, both of 
Norfolk. He is also survived by a sister and three brothers, 12 grandchildren and 
seven great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Oceana Base Chapel with burial 
following the service at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive 
friends today from 6 to 9 p.m. in Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel. 
The family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Society.
