Mrs. Susie Anne Fuller, 1111 Hatton street, died Thursday, August 23, at a 
Norfolk hospital after a long illness.

She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Mary McCoy of Princess Anne 
County, VA.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 1:30 from St. Thomas AME 
Zion Church with the Rev. M. L. Beamon officiating.  He was assisted by the 
Revs. Leon Freeman  and Lee Freeman.

Mrs. Fuller was past president of the Missionary Society and a member of the 
senior usher board of St. Thomas Church for more than 15 years, and held 
membership Dorcas Chapter No. 50, Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Benjamin F. Fuller, Sr., nine daughters, 
Mrs. Eliza V. Clarke, Mrs. Estella B. Reid, Mrs. Ruth M. Reid, Mrs. Erma L. 
Grier, Mrs. Pearlean O. Brooms, Mrs. Flossie R. Scott, Mrs. Mae A. 
Richardson, Mrs. Anne W. Walker, and Miss Roxanna Fuller, of Norfolk;  four 
sons, James T. Fuller of San Diego, CA;  Benjamin F. Fuller Jr. of Fort 
Benning GA;  Earl R. Fuller and Clifford R. Fuller, of Norfolk;  33 
grandchildren, three great grandchildren, five sisters, four brothers, one 
uncle, one aunt, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Pretlow Funeral Home in charge of 
burial arrangements.
