NORFOLK — Herman Richard Furr Jr., 43, of 925 Weyanoke St., a real estate broker 
and appraiser, died in his home Tuesday.
He was a lifelong resident of Norfolk.
He was a son of Herman Richard and Mrs. Rosa Lee Happer Furr of Norfolk.
He was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Norfolk Yacht Country Club, 
German Club, and Norfolk Real Estate Board.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Misses Anne Campbell Furr 
and Elizabeth Kendall Furr, and a brother, Dr. John H. Furr, all of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Andrew's 
Episcopal Church for a funeral service Thursday at noon by the Rev. Roger C. 
Snyder. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
The family will be at 1216 W. Princess Ann Road.
