Gabrillo, 97, died April 28, 2001, in a local hospital. She was born in Cebu City, Philippines, and was the widow of Precioso T. Gabrillo. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was a regent of the Daughters of Isabella, president of the Catholic Womens League and a Cub Scout leader. Survivors include two daughters, Lucy A. Ignacio and her husband Dominador G. of Norfolk, and Milagros A. Gabrillo of San Francisco; two sons, Precioso A. Gabrillo Jr. of Garland, Texas, and Cesar A. Gabrillo of San Francisco; a stepsister, Eutiquia Abayan of Cebu City, Philippines; six grandchildren, Charles D. Ignacio and Maria Teresa Ignacio of New York City, Robert P. Ignacio of Fairfax, Va., Edward L. Gabrillo of Garland, Texas, Richard Gabrillo of Austin, Texas, and Precioso Gabrillo II of San Francisco; and a great-grandchild, Caitlan Gabrillo . A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church by Monsignor Simon P. Ignacio, Fr. Wayne Ball and Fr. Santiago Frias. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
