Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, January 15, 2001 
Alethia ``Lee'' Gage, 45, of the 5500 block of Berry Hill Road, died Jan. 9,
2001 at home.

She was born in Norfolk and was a member of Enoch Baptist Church. She was a
graduate of Norview High school.

Survivors include her parents, Mary Barksdale and Frank Barksdale Sr.; six
sisters, Brenda Smith and Kelly Butler, both of Virginia Beach, Beverly
Mitchell, Mechelle Graham, Kimberly Barksdale and Tracey Barksdale Reese, all of
Norfolk; and a brother, Frank Barksdale Jr. of Norfolk.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Olive Grove Baptist Church, 1034
Albert Ave., Norfolk, by Dr. Michael G. Daniels. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery . A wake will be held at 7 p.m. today in Graves Funeral Home Chapel.
