Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, February 27, 1999 
Franklin ``Frank-Lo'' Gainey of the 900 block of Lexington Street died Feb. 24,
1999, at a local hospital. He was a native of Norfolk.

He is survived by his parents, Evelma F. and Herman Gainey; two sisters, Luella
Case and Shelia Ford, both of Norfolk; five brothers, Kenneth Ford, Herman
Gainey Jr., Russell Gainey and Terry Gainey, all of Norfolk, and Ronald Ford of
Virginia Beach; and a godson, Deshawn Sanders of Norfolk.

A funeral will be held at noon Monday at Enoch Baptist Church by Dr. Michael G.
Daniels. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the family at the
residence. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.
