Virginian-Pilot March 21, 1992
Emly Margaret Gallup, 94, a retired bookkeeper, died March 20, 1992, in her home.
Miss Gallup was born in Norfolk and had retired from W.M. Stone Co. She was a 
member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include a sister, Alberta C. Sykes of Norfolk; and two nieces and two 
nephews.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Christ the King 
Catholic Church by the Rev. Joseph P. Lehman. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. 
A prayer service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, 
Norfolk Chapel, where visitation will follow until 5 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church Building Fund.
