Of 224 East Twenty-Seventh Street, wife of James E. Galvin died at 8:30 o’clock last night at a local hospital. She is survived by her husband, three sons, John A., Joseph T., and James A.; two daughters, Mrs. V.P. Bell and Mrs. James T. Lanigan; three brothers, C. L., Thomas and William Burford; one sister, Ms. Frank Barrett, and 14 grandchildren, all of Norfolk. Mrs. Galvin has been a lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
