Frederick M. Garcia — Funeral services for Frederick M. Garcia, son of Manuel and 
Rosa Bevilacqua Garcia, whose death occurred Saturday afternoon, were held at 10 
o'clock Tuesday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with the Rev. P. P. 
Brennan, officiating. The Rev. M. J. Harrison and the Rev. M. J. Molloy were 
present in the sanctuary. During the service, the choir of St. Mary’s Female 
Academy rendered several selections with Mrs. James Hughes accompanist. There was 
a large attendance and many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall 
of Easter lilies, white roses and ferns. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. 
Honorary pallbearers were G. Cox, R. Mears, J. McCauley, S. Milby, J. Correia, C. 
Demaio, T. Loebsack and C. Wilson. Active pallbearers were J. L. Crump, Tony 
Gonzalez, R. Bartold, F. Bartold, Tony San George, Frank Gogliandro, Bill Wazel 
and Julio Carleo.
