Norfolk Virginian August 31, 1892

Today, at 10 a.m., the funeral of Miss Annie Lavenie Garrett will be preached at 
the home of her parents, Mr. James E. and Mrs. Mary J. Garrett, No. 59 Maltby 
Avenue.  She had been sick a few weeks and died on the 29th instant, at 11:20 p.m. 
Rev. J.J. Wicker will officiate at the funeral and interment will be in Elmwood. 
The afflicted family have the sympathy of THE VIRGINIAN in this sad bereavement.
