Demise of Sister Borgia Garvey of St. Mary’s Orphan Asylum.

At St. Mary's Orphan Asylum, Sunday afternoon, at 1 o’clock, Sister Borgia Garvey 
laid aside the armor she had worn so long in the battle for Christ, and entered 
into her rest. The deceased, who had been at the Asylum for twelve years, and was 
very much beloved by all who knew her, was born in Ireland 72 years ago, but spent 
the larger part of her useful life in Pennsylvania. The funeral will take place at 
9 o’clock this morning from St. Mary's Catholic Church.
