Norfolk Ledger Dispatch March 1, 1919

GARWOOD, CORNELIA - On Friday, February 28, 1919, at 8:30 p.m., CORNELIA, widow 
of James S. Garwood, in the 72nd year of her age.
Funeral services at the residence, 329 W. Fifteenth Street, SUNDAY AFTERNOON at 
3:30 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment Elmwood 
Cemetery.

Mrs. Cornelia Garwood, a widow of James S. Garwood, died last evening, in her 
72nd year. She was a native of New Jersey and had lived in this section for 32 
years. She is survived by two daughters, Miss Emma Garwood and Mrs. John Teicher 
and a son, Somers D. Garwood, all of Norfolk. The funeral takes place from the 
residence, 329 15th Street Sunday at 2:30 p.m., Rev. J.J. Bradford officiating.  
Burial in Elmwood.
