NORFOLK — Mrs. Eularia Margaret Gatewood, 89, of 627 Ingleside Road, died in a 
hospital Wednesday.
She was a native of Washington and lived most of her life in Norfolk.
She was the widow of Capt. Ribourne W. Gatewood and a daughter of Edward P. and 
Mrs. Susan B. Gooding.
She is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Ruth Sullivan of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Mrs. 
Lula Gooding of Washington; and two nephews, Clinton Gooding of San Diego, Calif., 
and Richmond W. Gatewood of Norfolk.
The Office of the Dead will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 
7:30.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Christ the King Catholic church Saturday at 
10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
