Norfolk Virginian Pilot December 8, 1944

Louis Leon Gaudry, aged 54 years, son of the late Emile and Mrs. Leone Aubrey 
Gaudry, died Wednesday afternoon at 5:25 o'clock at a local hospital. Mr. 
Gaudry, a native of New York, N.Y., and a resident of Norfolk for 21 years, 
resided at 231 West Brambleton Avenue. Surviving him are three sons, Charles 
Leon Gaudry, of Norfolk; Victor Alfred and George Albert Gaudry, both of Tampa, 
Fla. and three grandchildren. The body was removed to the H.D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, pending arrangements.

Louis Leon Gaudry — Funeral services for Mr. Gaudry, who died Wednesday 
afternoon at a local hospital, will be held at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments this morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
