Virginian Pilot Saturday June 21, 1902

The funeral of Bettie Lee, the 10-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Gay, 
who died at the home in South Norfolk, Wednesday, was conducted from the family 
residence yesterday afternoon and the interment was in Magnolia Cemetery. Rev. 
P.S.C. Davis, pastor of the South Norfolk Baptist Church, officiated. There were 
many beautiful flowers laid on and about the casket.
