Norfolk - Mrs. Jannette F. Gay of 888 Johnson avenue, the widow of Odie M. Gay 
Sr., died recently in a hospital. A native of Crewe, she was a daughter of the 
late William and Mrs. Laura Ford. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. 

Surviving are a son, Odie M. Gay Jr., of Chesapeake; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys 
Woodard of Norfolk and Mrs. Annie Foulkes of Crewe; five grandchildren; and three 
great-grandchildren. The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
