He resided in Richmond, Va. The body is at Poole’s chapel awaiting the arrival of relatives. Chief of Police Kizer yesterday received a telegram from the chief of police of Atlanta, Ga., to the effect that the body of a man who dropped dead on the streets of Atlanta several days ago, had been identified as Sam Gaylord of Norfolk. Identification is said to have been made by means of a photograph the man had in his possession. Mrs. Marion J. Kemp, 2619 Church street, mother of Gaylord, is trying to establish a more positive identification and is communicating with the Atlanta police. Sam Gaylord, aged 35, died at a private sanitarium last Monday morning at 4 o'clock. The body will be sent by Harry G. Poole's undertaking establishment to Norfolk, Va., this morning at 9 o'clock for funeral and interment.
