VIRGINIA BEACH - David Vincent Gelardi, 74, passed away Aug. 30, 2006.  He was a 
native of Norfolk and lived in the area all of his life.  He was predeceased by 
his parents, Zaccaria and Arcangela Gelardi; his sisters, Josephine Copley and 
Irene Brown, and his brother, Michael Gelardi.

He is survived by three nephews, Robert Copley Jr. and wife Renee and their son, 
Robert III, Eugene Copley and Ralph Copley and his son, Ryan; three nieces, Janet 
Walston and husband Dennis and their son, Matthew, Jane Cordovana and husband Nick 
and their children, Marie, Nick Jr., and Jimmy and Joyce Steele and husband 
Richard.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Gregory's 
Catholic Church.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at 
Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel.  Condolences may be offered at www.mem.com
