Norfolk Ledger Dispatch March 24, 1913

Miss Ella L. Ghiselin, a well known and highly esteemed lady, died at the home of 
her sister, Mrs. E.C. Deming, 401 Redgate Avenue, yesterday at 3 p.m., after a 
lingering illness. Miss Ghiselin was a daughter of William Nimmo and Mary Benn 
Ghiselin and had resided in Norfolk all of her life. She was a sister of Mrs. J.C. 
Dawson of Philadelphia. The funeral service will be conducted at the Deming 
residence by Rev. Stuart Nye Hutchison of First Presbyterian Church, tomorrow at 
11:30 a.m. Funeral and interment private.
