Norfolk Virginian September 29, 1892
Death of Mr. John J. Gibbs
Mr. John J. Gibbs died at the residence of his son-in-law, Charles A. Bean, 
Atlantic City, last night, aged 65 years. Mr. Gibbs had been sick for several 
months and his death was not unexpected. The funeral will take place from the 
residence Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances invited to 
attend.
