Ardell Gibbs, 51, of 884 Johnson avenue, was given funeral services Sunday at
Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. The Rev. F. P. Wise delivered the eulogy. Burial was
in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home handling the arrangements.

Mr. Gibbs, a native of Pollocksville NC was a night watchman for Howard
Cleaners. He was also a member of the Pals Social and Savings club.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Laura W. Gibbs; and a son, Louis Gibbs.
