NORFOLK — Sister Lucina Gibson of the Sisters of Charity at DePaul Hospital died 
there Tuesday at 12:30 a.m.
Born in Baltimore, she was a daughter of James E. and Mrs. Joanna Gorman Gibson. 
She stayed here eight years.
Surviving are a brother, Brother Bernard Gibson of St. Mary’s High School, 
Berkeley, Calif., and a niece, Sister Corlotte Gibson of St. Ambrose School, 
Baltimore.
A funeral service will be held in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Thursday at 10 
a.m., with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
