Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, December 1, 2000 
Robert ``Bobby'' Giles of the 700 block of Lenox Ave., died Nov. 23, 2000. He
was born in Norfolk.

Survivors include his sister, Helen Melton of Washington, D.C.; two brothers,
Harold Giles of Norfolk and Bernard Giles of Portsmouth; and a host of nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Metropolitan Funeral Service,
Granby Street Chapel, by the Rev. Gregory Chapman. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery . Family and friends will assemble at the funeral chapel at 10 a.m.
